RUMP CAP
The rump cap is the triangular shaped cut of meat that sits on top of the rump. it is tender and is covered with a blanket of fat which adds flavour and juiciness to the meat as it cooks. Great for grilling, roasting, and BBQs
Striploin
Roast in the piece or cut into steaks, also ideal for barbeque. It is particularly tender and best with some fat covering for flavour. It is important that it is well aged around three weeks.
Rib Eye Steak
A very popular cut of meat served in finer restaurants.
A quality cut tender joint that is full of flavour in every bite. A little
extra fat through the meat for that delicate taste. Also perfect for
grilling.
Rump Tail
A family’s delight! Taken from sirloin bottom of a beef and is triangular in shape. The rump tail is prepared by grilling the slab of meat and then cutting the meat into very thin slices. Filled with flavour, but contains almost no fat. The perfect meat for roasting and BBQ’s.
D-Cut RUMP
The D-cut rump of the Beef is a lovely, and tender steak. Often a favourite in the local pub.
